The correct methodology and application of this package required you to start your first treatment approximately 7 days before your menstrual cycle, then the second one 7 days after your cycle, and then weekly up until your next cycle. Upon completion, we observe the difference in your next cycle, and we then decide if we proceed with another round of treatments. Makessure you are in contact with your therapist to schedule your plan accordingly. if you have menstrual cramps, you may also have the following symptoms during menstruation: - Pain at pelvic area, back pain, pain at upper front thigh, lower back pain. - Headaches, nausea, vomiting, mood swings, stress This package of 4 sessions is the minimum number of sessions for this condition. Through Therapeutic Thai Massage, we can treat conditions like: - Headache and neck pain (30 minutes) - Neck & Shoulder Blade stiffness (45 minutes) - Arm weakness, numbness and stiffness (30 minutes) - Back pain and lower back pain (1 hour) - Leg pain, Cramps or Stiffness (45 minutes - can be 60 minutes if it is just muscle tension from sport, in this case choose the back pain/lower back pain massage plan and leave a note to your therapist that it will be for legs) - Prevention of menstruation cramps (30 minutes) - Indigestion, Gas, Constipation (30 minutes) - Knee pain (25 minutes) - Dizziness, Fatigue (15 minutes) Choose the correct massage plan for you to support you with effective results, to have a schedule curated to your needs, and to save up on your investment.
