Traditional Thai Massage following the Thai Lanna Wisdom of Northern Thailand, comprises of slow, rhytmic acupressure on the Sen Sib pathways, decompression, and assisted stretching, all with the companion of your own breath. The Sen Sibs are 10 energy pathways where air flows within the body. The Sen Sib theory serves as a map of Thai Massage Therapy, as part of Thai Medicine. In brief, when blockages are formed in any of the Sen Sib, illnesses arise, and air does not flow freely within the bodt. A Full Body Traditional Thai Lanna Massage releases blockages found in the Sen Sib pathways to ensure free flow of energy. During a full body Thai Lanna Massage, all body systems are stimulated and balanced; the nervous system, myoskeletal system, respiratory system, digestive system, hormonal system etc Tip: This ritual can be a full body treatment if you have a petite figure, but we suggest the longer 2-hour session if you are an athlete, have stiffness all over the body, experience high level of stress and discomfort, etc. This treatment can also be utilized to treat more than 1 are of discomfort and focus on where is needed, i.e Back and Legs. The intensity and/or depth of this treatment is customed to your needs and physical condition. In contrast to Southern Thai Massage, Thai Lanna Massage is a deep massage, but with a more gentle and therapeutic approach.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance! In case of no show the full fee will be charged, or in case of less than 48 hour notice, 50% will be charged. You can always pass the appointment to someone else, but we must be informed at least 24 hrs in advance.
