Nayia Antoniou - Self-Development Group Facilitator

Nayia Antoniou has returned back to Cyprus after 22 years living abroad and we are thrilled to have her with us in our Retreat. She undertook her training as a facilitator in Athens in Greece and among others she has attended numerous trainings and seminars on education in nature, positive psychology, ecocentric human development, shamanism, experiential education and expression through various art forms.


Nayia hosts a variety of workshops such as family workshops, adult self-development and women’s circles. Her intention through her gatherings is to hold space to awaken the senses such as feeling, sensing and imagining. Moreover she supports people to be their authentic self with the idea that each one of us is unique and a gift to the World. She believes that darkness and light can blend together in balance, and as human beings we need both in order to blossom into this earth.


Stories are part of our human life from ancient years, from our ancestors. In our retreat Nayia will tell you a story that might awake your deepest desires inside your soul through symbols and metaphors.


Nishi Mishra - Yoga Therapist

As an Indian yoga teacher, I have a unique perspective on the ancient practice

of yoga from a young age. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space for students

to experience the transformative power of yoga, just as it has guided me in bringing out the

best in myself.


My classes are a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment, taking one breath at a time, encouraging you to listen to your bodies and honor your individual needs. Together we create a sense of self-acceptance and self-compassion, emphasizing that yoga is not about achieving perfection but about embracing the journey and the process.

Afternoon Sunset Yoga

 Recharge your energy and find a moment of respite during the midday with an invigorating afternoon yoga session. This revitalizing practice will help you reconnect with your body, and refresh your mind, with a renewed sense of vitality. The focus will be on the profound connection between movement and breath. Together we will create a harmonious flow that allows you to fully immerse yourself in the practice. By consciously linking your breath and movements, you will cultivate a heightened sense of awareness and presence in each posture.

Derek Doritis - Yoga Instructor

With a mission to inspire people to live with love and light, Derek will take you on a relaxing yoga journey to awaken your spirit. Derek has received his training in Ashtanga Vinyasa in India and Hatha Yoga in England. For this session, you will have a slow practice where you stay in each pose for some time and as a result, you allow the yin and calm energies to rise to your whole existence.


We chose this tranquil 4-star Boutique Hotel & Spa in the beautiful area of Protaras for it's prominent tranquil atmosphere for it's Local Herbs concept that surrounds all the interior of the hotel, and cuisine. This beautiful hotel consists of spacious gardens, private indoor spaces,  it's indoor and outdoor pools, serene views, perfect spa treatments and facilities and overall Wellbeing concept. The rooms are extremely comfortable in all aspects, and we feel that this is the best choice since the Hotel Team was also very excited to welcome their first Retreat organized by local facilitators. 

With the beach only 3 minutes away you can always enjoy the crystal waters of Protaras, anytime during your stay with us.
