Service Description
A slow, focused and individually adapted massage for persistent muscular tension, restricted areas and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. The session begins with gradual preparation of the superficial tissues before progressing into slower, deeper work. Pressure, pace and techniques are continuously adjusted to the condition of the body and may include sustained pressure, precise gliding movements, compression and gentle stretching. Deep Tissue Massage is not simply about applying maximum pressure. Some areas may feel intense or sensitive, but pain is never the goal. The intention is to ease muscular tightness, support mobility and help the body feel freer and more balanced. 60 minutes — focused work on the main areas of tension. 90 minutes — recommended for gradual and more comprehensive work across several areas of the body.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance! In case of no show the full fee will be charged, or in case of less than 48 hour notice, 50% will be charged. You can always pass the appointment to someone else, but we must be informed at least 24 hrs in advance. In case of no compliance regarding our policies, we will have to restrict your access to our bookings. Thank you for your omnipresent support and respect toward us and our services.
